Crockpot Chicken Bites! Tender and juicy chicken bites flavored with au jus gravy, onion, garlic, chicken stock, butter, and more. Serve over a bed of noodles, mashed potatoes, or eat them plain.

Ingredients:
– 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces 
– 1 packet onion soup mix 
– 1 cup chicken stock 
– 4 cloves garlic, minced 
– 1/4 cup butter, melted 
– 1 teaspoon black pepper 
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme 
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (ensure it’s halal) 

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, onion soup mix, chicken stock, minced garlic, melted butter, black pepper, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly .
2. Transfer the mixture to a crockpot and cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through .
3. Once cooked, serve the chicken bites over a bed of noodles, mashed potatoes, or enjoy them plain.
